Ramon has been my go to for work on my 2010 Porsche Panamera S for a little over year now. Very knowledgeable on every aspect of every vehicle. Your vehicle is in good hands here, bring it to Ramon for any maintenance or problems you’re needing / having with your vehicle.

I recently brought in my 2010 GMC Terrain due to some electrical issues it was having , and Ramon absolutely exceeded every expectation. I was honestly dreading the diagnosis because I feared it would be something major and extremely expensive. Instead, Ramon took the time to properly and accurately diagnose the problem, and the final cost was completely fair and reasonable. He walked my husband and me through the issues in detail, making sure we fully understood what was going on, even sending helpful videos and never once made us feel rushed or confused . His professionalism and transparency were far beyond what we expected. He also included some incentives, which left me genuinely ecstatic. It’s rare to find a specialist who not only does exceptional work but also goes the extra mile to make sure you feel valued as a customer . From here on forward, he has our business. We’ll be recommending him to our family and friends without hesitation. Ramon did excellent work and we’re incredibly grateful for his professionalism, honesty, skills and dedication.

Ramon is very patient and incredibly knowledgeable. I really appreciate how he takes the time to understand your concern and explain what’s going on in simple terms. I’ve been to many shops before, and most advisors or mechanics rush through things or make you feel dumb for asking questions — but he’s the complete opposite. He’s patient, respectful, and actually takes the time to make sure you understand everything. I was really impressed that he was able to fix the check engine light and cruise control issue on my Audi Q8 and also did a full inspection, showing me all the recommendations with pictures.
